Nohelia Asuncion's story

Nohelia Asuncion and her family live in Picoaza, a place known for being a commercial area. The people who live there are hardworking individuals who engage in the retail trade. This area was severely affected by the consequences caused by COVID-19.

Nohelia Asuncion is a hardworking young woman who does whatever she can to earn income so that she can help her family during this difficult situation brought about by the pandemic. In the afternoons, she and her mother sell plantains with beef, salads, sandwiches, ice cream floats, and other snacks outside of their home. However, they were not able to sell during the health emergency, which meant they had no resources to pay off their debts. They are now selling food again, but they are in need of loans.

Nohelia Asuncion will use this loan to buy ingredients for preparing her dishes.
