Consolata's story

Consolata is 53 years old. She is a widow blessed with children who are all above the age of 18 years.

She is running a posho mill where she grinds maize into flour. She has been in the business for 15 years and now she earns a monthly income of KES 15,000.

She has applied for the 6th loan from Vision Fund Kenya to enable her buy more stock of dry maize. This will increase her monthly sales and thus double her monthly income.

With the anticipated profits she plans to repay her loan on time and also expand the business.

In future her desire is to grow her business.
