Sefing Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase the ACE-1 hybrid energy system for cooking, lighting and charging in a way that is safer, cleaner and saves money.

Sefing Group's story

Mamosa is a 53-year-old woman who lives in a multi-bedroom house with 3 other family members including 2 children. They do not have electricity.

Mamosa relies on the profit from her shop and struggles with buying multiple fuels on her incompetent income. She spends the most amount of her energy budget on gas and paraffin, which costs up to LSL785 per month. She also spends as much as 1 hour per day, gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs like phone charging.

Mamosa and the other members of the group in this village each bought the ACE 1 cookstove to help them save the money they spend every month on fuel and also help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free.

The ACE 1 clean cookstove is biomass and solar-powered. For more information on the ACE1 cookstove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy
