Karina Mirella's story

Karina is 40 years old, married, and from this relationship has four children ages 17, 16, 12, and 7. They study in secondary and primary school, respectively, and her spouse is a private employee. They live in the city of Portoviejo, a place of honest and hard-working people who, thanks to their labor, get ahead and who currently have been very affected by the COVID-19 health emergency.

She is a very hard-working woman who works to have her own income to help her spouse with the household expenses. For nine years, she has had a beauty salon in the house where she does haircuts, straightening, and dyes hair. She also has an office supply store in the same place where she sells notebooks, folders, paper, and pens.

Due to the pandemic, she has not been able to work. This has caused a very difficult financial situation. In addition, her spouse was furloughed from work for a while. With this loan, she will strengthen her business and continue working and improve her finances.

This loan is to invest in products for her salon and the office supply store such as craft foam, tag board, paper, erasers, glue, and more. Her dream is to have a large beauty salon.
