Ana De Lourdes's story

Ana is 62 years old, married, and from this relationship has four children, all adults and independent (and one is deceased). Her spouse is a merchant. They live in the city of Portoviejo, a place of honest and hard-working people who, thanks to their labor, get ahead and who have currently been very affected by the COVID-19 health emergency.

She is a woman who has worked her whole life to support her spouse and, together, to get ahead. For this, she works in sales. For 25 years, she has had a stand in the city center where she sells curtains, tablecloths, towels, sheets, mosquito netting, and more.

Due to the pandemic, neither she nor her spouse have been able to work. He also works, selling shoes. This has causes her financial problems. To overcome this crisis, her relatives have supported each other. With this new loan, she hopes to reactivate her business and will increase sales of masks and coveralls to continue working.

She will invest this loan in the purchase of shoes, coveralls, and masks. Her dream is to continue working.
