Olimpia Esther's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy personal protection equipment, soap, shampoo, wax, sponges and other products. It will also be used to pay suppliers.

Olimpia Esther's story

Olimpia is 60 and an entrepreneurial woman who lives in the city of Barranquilla with her husband and daughters. She runs a business which offers car wash services and sells car care products.

Olympia Esther started the business 15 years ago and it has allowed her to help her husband cover the household expenses and provide a better quality of life for their daughters. Her car wash is open every day and she accepts payments in cash or on credit. She has built a reputation amongst customers as an honest and hard-working person who provides a quality service.

She had to close her business due to the government restrictions and health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This has reduced her income considerably.

She is applying for her first loan with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo to pay suppliers and buy personal protection equipment. She will also buy supplies such as soap, shampoo, wax, finishing products and cleaning equipment.

This will increase her sales and income. Please support Olimpia’s loan.
