Raphael Group's loan finished fundraising,

A loan helped to buy fish, flour, potatoes, rice and oil, in order to strengthen her initial capital.

Raphael Group's story

Anifa is a customer of the microfinance institution Hekima and she is the representative of the village group "Raphael". She is married, thirty seven years old and the mother of six children, who all go to school. Her partner is a photographer.
She sells food in a restaurant, and started this business in 2015 with starting funds from her husband. She later got involved with a program from Hekima to support her business, thanks to which she was able to make constant progress. With this new loan, she will buy supplies of fish, flour, potatoes, rice and oil, which will strengthen her initial capital. The biggest challenge with her business is the closure of restaurants during the global pandemic of Covid-19.
She wishes to feed her family and for her children to keep studying in good conditions. Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and their partners for the support they provide to non-bankable business owners in this context of global crisis related to Covid-19. This picture shows only the representative of the group because of Covid-19.
