Rita's story

Rita is 46 years old and married with 4 children. She has a kiosk that she started in 2002, where many people come to buy goods every day. Running her business has made Rita independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family.

She would like a loan of $500 from KIF to help improve her kiosk. She plans to use this loan to buy additional supplies such as cigarettes, sugar, coffee, salt, milk, eggs, fish and biscuits. She would also like to buy a refrigerator to keep drinks cold. Rita hopes to run a bigger business in the future and wants to thank the lenders for the opportunity. And her husband is a driver.
