Reyna Del Rosario's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase soil amendments, liquid fertilizers for leaves, minerals, and soil refreshers.

Reyna Del Rosario's story

Ten years ago, Reyna entered into agriculture, solely planting vegetables. She learned this trade from her parents' instruction, who gave her property to plant. This lady is known in her community as being an enterprising, determined woman, above all with desire to earn a living honestly.

Reyna has already had previous experience with the financing from Kiva and MiCrédito, and through this support purchased wheat, beans, sesame and vegetable seeds, as well as acquiring ingredients for the Nicaraguan tamale business, which at the moment she does not sell.

At this time, she is happy for having gotten a good yield, so much so that once again she has knocked on the doors of MiCrédito and Kiva with the confidence of getting a loan to purchase soil amendments, liquid fertilizers for leaves, minerals, and soil refreshers.

In the not-too-distant future, Reyna plans to offer her products wholesale.
