A loan helped to buy products to stock her store.

Rosa Aura's story

Rosa Aura is 68 years old, she is married and has 7 children all older and independent. Her husband is a fisherman and they live in the parish of Puerto Cayo, a port visited by many tourists who like to enjoy its wonderful beach and its delicious cuisine. It is also a site affected by the health emergency caused by Covid 19.

She is a strong and hard-working woman who, despite the difficult situation, has managed to get ahead for some years. She started her business where she has a small grocery store where she sells all the basic necessities (rice, oil, tuna among others also sell Avon catalog products and provides cell phone recharges), during the pandemic her business remained open. Her sales were good because the people of the port supplied themselves with her products.

With the money from the loan, Rosa Aura will buy products to stock her store. Her dream is to be healthy so she can continue to prosper.
