Ouiregma's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy 5 balls of weaving thread, dye and wood to save for the development of her family.

Ouiregma's story

Ouiregma is the mother of four children, three of whom go to school. She has two dependants. She is a weaver who weaves traditional high quality pagnes (bright West African cloth) at home in a neighborhood on the outskirts of the capital. She has been doing this for 12 years. This is her 5th loan cycle with IMF YIKRI and she repaid her 1st loan from Kiva with no problem,

She is requesting a new loan to buy 5 balls of weaving thread, dye and wood so she can weave many traditional pagne and meet the demand from her customers. She plans on using her earnings to reinvest in her business and save for the betterment of her family. In closing she would like to thank YIKRI and it's partners for their support of unbanked entrepreneurs. She invites everyone to protect themselves from the COVID-19 virus.
