La Fe Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy rice, sugar, fizzy drinks, matches, cooking oil, etc.

La Fe Group's story

Virginia is a hard-working woman, a saleswoman who does not back down in the face of adversity. She is 49 and has two children. She has been in retail for the past 15 years. She started out selling ice-cold water at her house, which is located in a bustling thoroughfare. Then she realised customers wanted other products, so she borrowed money from a relative in order to set up her grocery store. She has since then relied on Kiva-like loans. Her goal is to keep improving her business as well as her house and her family's standard of living. She asks Fundenuse for a Kiva loan in order to buy merchandise to sell: rice, sugar, fizzy drinks, matches, cooking oil, etc. Together with Martha, Aurora, and Dora, she makes up borrowing group La Fe (Faith).
