Engjelina's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to add another cow to her two existing ones and to repair the livestock's stable so they will be secure.

Engjelina's story

Engjelina is a 59-year-old hardworking villager lady who is asking for Kiva lenders support to add another cow to her two existing ones and to repair the livestock's stable so they will be secure. Engjelina lives with her disabled husband and her son in a village nearby Elbasan city, one of the poorest cities in Albania. "Me and my son we hope to be able to add another cow so we can sell more milk and make a better income for our family. We do other agricultural activities but the one with the most benefit is selling raw milk, for the moment. We have also 2 cows, 20 goats, 100 turkeys birds, and 1 calf. I also want to make repairs to the stable so it will be secure for all of them!"-said Engjelina during the interview.

Engjelina has done agriculture during all her life and so has her husband, who was disabled some times ago. Her son is a big support for her now. Her dream is to see him married and father lots of children.
