A loan helped to buy more manure, fertilizer, and new farming equipment in order to increase his farming productivity.

Emanuel's story

Emanuel is a humble and hardworking 50-year-old man who is a farmer in his village. Most of the time, Emanuel goes about his daily activities of planting and looking after his corn. (All the bags pictured behind him are full of corn.)

In order to make a living, Emanuel stays busy every day with farming. After the vegetables are grown, he usually harvests then transports them to local markets to sell. He has been growing and selling corn for many years now with his own working capital.

Now, Emanuel is requesting a loan of $800 USD from KIF to help with his agriculture activities. He will use this loan to buy more manure, fertilizer, and new farming equipment in order to increase his farming productivity.
