A loan helped to buy baby chickens and baby ducks for raising.

Thanh Yen 24 Group's story

Long, 27, is a young Thai ethnic woman who is married and lives with family in a small house in the Northwest mountains of Vietnam. She has two children; the daughter is in kindergarten, and the son is in primary school. Her family works in agricultural production to provide for their family. Because the income from farming and breeding is unstable, she has always wanted to expand her production. So, she requested to take a loan from the Anh Chi Em program, and this is the second time for it. She will use the loan to buy baby chickens and baby ducks to raise.

Long hopes that, with the support of the program, these chickens and ducks will grow up fast and healthy so she can get a good income. Her plan is to use that income to pay for her children's education.
