Carlos Alfredo's story

Carlos Alfredo is 32 years old, married and from this relationship has a 4-year-old child. He lives with his family in the canton of Jipijapa, known as the coffee sultana, a city of great beauty for its landscapes and warm climate. The canton of Jipijapa was greatly affected by the COVID-19 infections; a large quantity of the residents lost their loved ones to the pandemic.

Carlos Alfredo and his spouse worked as street vendors selling Natural Garden products. They did it in the parks and streets. They sold by visiting different places in the canton. Due to the quarantine mandated by the government because of the pandemic, it was difficult to continue. At the times they could go out, they delivered the syrups, creams, lotions and pills to the homes of the customers who ordered them, always with the appropriate care to prevent illness.

With the money from the loan, Carlos Alfredo will invest in the purchase of the Natural Garden merchandise he sells. He has many orders to deliver.

Carlos Alfredo's dream is to purchase a vehicle to promote and sell his products throughout the entire province and to improve his household's finances.
