A loan helped to buy more piglets and pig feed to support her farming business.

Sin's story

Sin is 21 years old, married and is the mother of one child. She raises and sells pigs. Her husband is a construction worker. She has been running this business for 3 years. Sin has applied for a 2,000,000 KHR loan through Kiva's field partner Chamroeun to buy more piglets and pig feed to support her farming business. Using the loan, she will be able to earn more income to continue her business as well as support her family's living standards. She hopes that she can grow her business and send her child to get higher education in the future. Her main challenges are more competitors and low price of pigs.
