Shayirbubu's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a dairy cow to increase her cattle headcount and sales of organic milk.

Shayirbubu's story

Shayirbubu is 59 years old. She is a widow and has five children. She has high school education and is a very hard-working, determined and entrepreneurial woman by nature. She knows the technology of running a farming business well and is able to use resources appropriately.

As a main source of income for her family, Shayirbubu has been engaged in animal husbandry since 1990. Thanks to Shayirbubu's tireless work and responsible approach to business, she managed to bring her farm's livestock headcount up to a cow, 10 sheep and a horse. She also owns 2.5 hectares of irrigated land where she grows beans and plums.

To further develop her farming business, Shayirbubu applied to Bai-Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 40,000 som (KGS) to buy a dairy cow, with the goal of increasing her income from organic milk sales and livestock breeding. Shayirbubu plans to reinvest the profits from the loan into further development of her farm.
