Edwin Steven's story

Edwin Steven is 19 years old and in a common law marriage which has produced a 1-year-old son. His wife is dedicated to domestic duties. They live in Jipijapa, a location with beautiful country scenery and hard-working people. The city is hard hit by the current health emergency due to the pandemic.

Edwin Steven is a young, very dedicated worker who at his early age, is looking for a means of earning his livelihood and advancing his family. Prior to the pandemic, he had his own business selling chips and baked fish, but due to the health emergency and the resulting restrictions, he had to close his stand and take on a new enterprise.

Now, he drives a vehicle every day, selling corn and yucca masa. To generate added income, he is thinking of re-opening his original business, taking all the preventative means necessary to avoid the contagion.

With the money from this loan he will purchase dishes, chips, and fish.

Edwin Steven's dream is that his business should prosper, generating sufficient earnings, and he will complete the national police course and become a part of the police force.
