Jacinta Monserrate's story

Jacinta and her family live in Tosagua, a town in Manabita. It is known for being very dynamic in agriculture and raising animals, which are the primary sources of income in the area. It has been very affected by Covid-19.

Jacinta has a small florist shop which she started. It has been quite affected by the pandemic, as nobody was buying. This affected the obligations and payments Jacinta had to make. What she was still able to sell where Yanbal products, such as beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes and women's accessories, but only through social networks. Although her sales weren't like before, at least she made enough to live.

Jacinta has now been able to open her florist shop and needs a loan because everything she had was damaged, and she couldn't recoup her investment. This loan is to buy flowers, baskets, perfumes, creams and chocolates.
