She is well versed in the technical aspects of running an agricultural business and is capable of investing resources for their intended purpose. She has been raising livestock since 1995 as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work and responsible work approach, she has been able to develop her farm to include 22 cows and two horses. She has 0.7 hectares of irrigated land where she grows clover.

In order to further develop her farm, she applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS) to buy dairy cows, with the goal of increasing sales of organic milk and increasing her income from raising livestock. She plans to invest profits from the loan in the further development of her farm.
