Zamira's story

Zamira is 57 years old, married, and has two children. She has a secondary education. She is kind and caring. For 15 years, she has engaged in animal husbandry and crop agriculture for her family's main source of income. Thanks to her persistent hard work, at present her farm has six cows, 12 sheep, and a land plot of about 1.25 hectares on which she grows cotton.

In order to further develop her business, she has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) to purchase livestock in order to increase her income from animal husbandry. She intends to use the funds from the loan to develop her farm.
