Dicia Jael's story

Years ago, Dicia had the idea to remodel some rooms on her property in order to one day rent them. This idea was very fruitful and, as a result, her and her family live off of this income. This valuable economic activity has the full support of her husband and their main motivation is their two children.

Dicia has already had a previous experience with Kiva alongside MyCredit. Through a loan she was able to buy zinc and paint and improve the electrical system in the rooms in order to give her guests a better service. In this moment, she is satisfied that she was able to improve the conditions of their property. So much so, that she is now asking for a new loan from MyCredit with Kiva in order to buy sand, bricks, rock quarry, iron, and cement in order to finish the rest of the rooms in her home.

Dicia hopes in the near future to convert her business into luxury apartments.
