Rosa Elizabeth's story

Rosa Elizabeth is 35 years old, married and has 2 children who are 9 and 4 years old. Her husband is a traveling salesman. They live in Jipijapa, a place heavily impacted by the health emergency caused by Covid 19.

She is a responsible and hardworking woman who looks for a way to move ahead. For a few years she has worked together with her husband traveling and selling ice cream in waffles, cones and cups, traveling in a three-wheeler throughout the city. Due to the health emergency her business has dropped off and she was not able to go out and sell because of the restrictions and fear of the virus. Now with this loan she hopes to reactivate her business.

This loan is for the purchase of ingredients to prepare the ice cream (cones, milk, flavorings, and glaze among others). Her aspiration is to have a vehicle to be able to travel with her business.
