Kuña Guapa Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy jeans, shirts, pants, blouses, T-shirts, shorts, and other clothing.

Kuña Guapa Group's story

This committee is called Kuna Guapa, which means hard-working women, since that is what they are. They are the female heads of their families who help to sustain their families by working together. Each one has their business that allows them to daily put food on the table.

One of these women is Liliana, who sells clothing. She stands out within the group for her enthusiasm and her desire to better herself. She is a determined person who is looking for the way to move forward and improve herself.

Liliana says that although her work of selling clothes is modest, that it has allowed her to support her loved ones and ensure that they do not lack for anything. She is happy to be part of the group, since it will be an excellent opportunity for improvement.

She also says that, due to the covid-19 pandemic, and the total quarantine that has been decreed, she has not been able to work normally, but she is searching for the way to overcome the obstacles that have presented themselves.

Liliana is requesting this loan to be able to buy more clothing to sell, and to be able to buy jeans, shirts, pants, blouses, T-shirts, shorts and other clothing to be able to continue with her work.

Note: There is only person in the photo but this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible because of the need to avoid gatherings because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
