San Miguel Group's story

The group called SAN MIGUEL was formed by friends and neighbors in the city of San Ignacio. They are looking for ways to improve their quality of life, and that of their loved ones. They are in their first cycle of the women's committee program.

Mrs. María makes a living from sales. She runs a small shop out of her pantry in her house. There she offers all kinds of products to her clients. She mentions that her work has allowed her to offer her family everything she could not have. She is thankful for the opportunity to invest in her work and improve it.

She states that in the face of the crisis that the world is going through due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has prevented her from working normally and generating the means to be able to help her family. This has led to consequences for her business.

She requests this loan to be able to stock up her pantry with more products to be able to continue her sales. She wants to buy drinks, baked goods, vegetables, canned goods, meats and other additional products.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible to avoid gathering due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
