Luchando Juntas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase staple grains, rice, sugar, cooking oil, and beans and to find the best deals to offer to customers.

Luchando Juntas Group's story

Karla Patricia (the woman on the left who is wearing a red shirt and bluejeans) is 33 years old. She is the treasurer of the "Luchando Juntas" (Working Together) communal bank. She has been working with Pro Mujer for two years.

Karla's husband is a long-haul trucker. She doesn't own her own home, and her daughters are about to finish high school. Karla's dream is to make her small grocery into a distributor, which is everything she could possibly want. “Thank you to each lender for helping me to meet my goals," says Karla. She currently really needs a loan to purchase staple grains, rice, sugar, cooking oil and beans and to find the best deals for her customers. “People always come to find food. You never stop selling, in spite of the crisis," she contends.

Make this loan possible for Karla and her friends from the Luchando Juntas communal bank in Managua, Nicaragua.
