Juntos Crecemos Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase thread, fabric, zippers, etc.

Juntos Crecemos Group's story

Nectalia is 45 years old, married, the mother of four children, and a tailor. With her own efforts, she has managed to get ahead with her family, generating income by butchering pigs.

She saved up to manage to purchase a sewing machine, making the most of having learning the sewing trade a while ago. This motivated her to begin her business in the locality where she lives. All of this allowed her to promote herself, and she has now been working in this trade for fourteen years and has a sizable customer base. They seek her out due to the quality of her work.

It has been a great achievement because she has equipped herself. She now has two machines and two years ago she purchased her electric machine with the support of loans which she has paid off very well.

She asks for a loan from Fundenuse, with Kiva funds, to purchase thread, fabric, zippers, etc. for the sewing jobs. Her next goal is to build a retaining wall to prevent water erosion and her plans for the future are to be able to establish a good sewing shop.

She belongs to the Juntos Crecemos solidarity group with Flora and Marbelly.
