Patrick's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to do general repairs and service his car to revamp his transportation business.

Patrick's story

Patrick is a businessman in the town outskirts of Mbale district. He has a transport business where he transports people from one town to another for shorter distances and from one district to another in cases of longer journeys. He also does special hires to traders in the same area to maximize income. Some of his customers include parents transporting children to and from school. He has earned big in this business because he is trustworthy and his transport rates are affordable.

He is shrewd in business and a role model to many youths in the area.

The current lockdown brought his business to a standstill since transport means were banned. This meant he had to sit home without driving his car for some period of time. It financially constrained him, making him jobless and depending on his personal savings. However the transport means have been allowed to work again but his vehicle needs a lot of general repairs and servicing.

Patrick is short of funds to do that and for this reason he is seeking a loan for that purpose. This will help him go back to normal duties with a car in good mechanical condition to avoid the various risks of dangerous mechanical conditions of cars. He will be grateful for the funds since they will help him revamp his transportation business.

Thank you funders.
