Catherine's story

Special Kiva community!
Juhudi Kilimo introduces you to Catherine (46-year-old single mom), a self-driven woman from Kerugoya. Catherine loves farming very much and even though she didn't get the opportunity to advance her education to obtain a white-collar job, this situation never killed her dream of becoming a successful woman. Her primary sources of income are milk and crops.

Catherine is very aggressive in her approach. She plans to use this loan to buy hybrid seeds and fertilizers to use in her horticulture farming. She plans to sell her quality produce at prices high enough to recover all of her incurred expenses and attract a good profit. She is confident that she will be able to repay the loan on time because of her unique customer relationship skills.

The returns from the investment will change her life and that of her entire household.

Catherine loves farming and will be faithful in repaying the loan. She thanks her lenders in advance for extending their goodwill to her.
