Kibsi Boureima's story

Kibsi Boureima is the father of six children, out of whom three go to school. He's a merchant who's been selling cereals and onions in a market on the outskirts of the capital for more than 20 years. He buys his products in remote localities.

He's seeking his eighth loan from Yikri and he repaid his third Kiva loan without difficulty. He's seeking a new loan to buy 150 net bags of onions in order to meet customer demand.

He intends to use his profits to reinvest in his business and put money away to take care of his children. In the end, he thanks Yikri and its partners for supporting non bankable entrepreneurs. He's urging everyone to protect themselves of Covid-19.
