Baoba Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to acquire wholesale salted fish, which will support her initial capital.

Baoba Group's story

Mme Godelive is a client of Hekima IMF and presides over the banque villageoise Baoba. She is married, 50 years old, and the mother of six children who are all in school. Her partner is an officer in a private company.

She is a salted fish vendor. She started this business twenty years ago with funds from her husband. Later she got involved in the Hekima program to support her business, over the course of which she progressively improved. With this new loan, she is going to acquire salted fish wholesale, which will support her initial capital. The weakness in her business is linked to the lack of customers due to Covid 19.

She would like for her children to continue to study and for her to feed her family. Finally, she wants to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners without means in the context of the global crisis from Covid-19. The photo is only of the group leader due to Covid-19.
