Sujaa Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on secondhand clothing, which will reinforce her initial capital.

Sujaa Group's story

Madam Immaculee is a client of Hekima and a member of the Sujaa banque villageoise. She is 58 years old and married with six children, two of which still attend school. Her spouse is a mechanic.

Madam Immaculee is a vendor of secondhand clothing; she began her business 6 years ago with the financial backing of her husband. Later on she partnered with Hekima in order to support her business, and has since progressed well.

With this new loan, Madam Immaculee plans to stock up on merchandise by purchasing secondhand clothing, which will reinforce her initial capital. The main difficulty her business faces is the the Covid-19 crisis.

Madam Immaculee uses her revenue to continue her children's education and cover family expenses.

Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to non-bankable small business owners, particularly in the context of the current crisis.

In order to minimize risk and maintain social distancing, only the group leader is photographed at this time.
