Rugwasanye Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on 2 bags of flour and 2 bags of rice, which will reinforce her initial capital.

Rugwasanye Group's story

Madam Rosette is a client of Hekima and a member of the Rugwasanye Group. She is 43 years old and married, with six children, all of which attend school. Her husband is a teacher.

Madam Rosette is a vendor, selling various cooking ingredients. She began her business in 2001 with the financial backing of her husband. Later on she partnered with Hekima in order to support her business.

With this loan, Madam Rosette plans to stock up on merchandise by purchasing 2 bags of flour and 2 bags of rice. The main difficulty that challenges her business is the rising rate of the dollar.

Madam Rosette would love to diversify her merchandise in this period of crisis.

Lastly, Madam Rosette would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to small, non-bankable business owners, particularly in the context of the Covid-19 crisis.

In order to maintain social distancing, only the group leader is photographed at this time.
