Nuevo Amanecer Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to refinance debt and buy supplies to be able to make her crafts.

Nuevo Amanecer Group's story

The group called Nuevo amanecer formed with the union of friends and neighbors in the city of Villarica. The members seek a way of being able to better their quality of life. They are in their 11th cycle with the women's committee program, and they mention that they put all of themselves to be able to help their families.

Nilda, who is an artisan, is one of them, and she makes embroider, crochet, etc. Although her work is modest, she mentions that with this she helps her family and looks to give them a better quality of life and make it so that they do not want for any type of necessity. She is grateful for the opportunity to be able to improve herself and with this be able to give the best to her loved ones.

She mentions that as a result of the crisis that impacted the world due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and the quarantine enforced by the government, she finds it impossible to work and sell her products, which has affected her income and ability to repay her debts.

She asks for this loan to be able to refinance her debt, and also to buy supplies for her to be able to make her handicrafts, and in this way meet customer demand.

Note: In the photo there appears only one person, but this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible due to the avoidance of gatherings of people because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
