Musk Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase the ACE-1 hybrid energy system for cooking, lighting, and charging in a way that is safer, cleaner, and saves money.

Musk Group's story

Mamofolo is a 49-year-old woman who lives in a multi- bedroom house, without access to- electricity, and with 3 children. She relies on tailoring but struggles with insufficient income to buy fuel. Most of her energy expenses are spent on gas and paraffin, which cost up to 630 LSL per month. She also spends as much as an hour per day gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs like phone charging.

Mamofolo and the other member of the group in this village each bought the ACE-1 cookstove to help them save the money they spend every month on fuel and also help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free.

The AC-1 clean cookstove is biomass and solar powered. For more information on the ACE1 cook stove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy.
