San Agustin Group's story

The committee is called San Agustin. It is group that was formed out of the positive experiences of neighbouring groups which was motivational in forming this committee. The group has 12 members, who all have good prospects for the businesses that they are working on together.

One of them is Elva who makes her living making fast food that she makes herself every day from early in the morning. She is good at what she is doing and therefore already has a regular clientele and is looking for ways to continue to improve. She mentions that because of the pandemic it is difficult to work and she wants to invest in her business to build it up again.

She is requesting this loan so she can stock up on more products so she can continue with her work as she has been doing. She is grateful for the opportunity that she is receiving so she can continue with her work and invest in it. She wants to buy meat, chicken, ham, cheese, eggs, butter, condiments, baked goods and other products.

Note: While there is only one person in the loan, it is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo and avoid crowding due to COVID-19.
