Raheel's story

Being an entrepreneur is fundamentally about believing in a dream that tomorrow is going to be better than today even if there are insurmountable challenges. Entrepreneurs are fundamentally optimistic people and they are willing to take risks and bet on themselves and basically on humanity to create a better world. My name is Raheel and I spent the initial years of my life in a small town in Pakistan. After completing my Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering, I served as a military officer (Major) in Pakistan Air Force for 10 years. The profound learning, I got during those years was that the first and foremost objective in our life for us is to achieve success. I learned success strategies which can be applied in any domain to achieve a goal. This experience influenced my life so positively that he came up with a dream to become a success coach for businesses. I was passionate to study at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Along with supporting my family, wife and two sons, took a difficult journey of few years full of challenges at every step of the way, from Islamabad to Montreal to Toronto to Boston and eventually his efforts bore the fruit. I got an admission with partial scholarship in MIT Masters in Supply Chain Management, a highly competitive program that selects top 40 professionals from all around the world. I came to the United States in 2013 as an international student with my family. After MIT, Tesla hired me through university recruiting. At Tesla factory, I got an opportunity to lead $250M Model-X Assembly Line Supply Chain Management and I saved $11M for the company. Later I joined a local startup company (supplier of Tesla) and grew company sales 4x from $4M to $16M. In the start of 2019, I made the final move to manifest my dream and established my business as a Business Coach in Silicon Valley helping other small business owners, serving members of the local and global community.
