Kuña Katupyry Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy beverages, baked goods, canned goods, vegetables, fruits and other products.

Kuña Katupyry Group's story

This group, named Kuña Katupyry, was formed in the city of San Ignacio where the members, all women, work in a united way with solidarity, help each other and work to be able to improve themselves and get ahead.

Dominid is one of the members. She earns a living from sales and has a modest pantry where she works every day from very early in the morning. She says that due to the COVID19 crisis she had a small decrease in sales but this did not discourage her and she continues working and striving day after day.

She is applying for this loan to invest in the purchase of various products, such as beverages, baked goods, canned goods, vegetables, fruits and more in order to stock her store and continue selling.

Dominid is grateful for the opportunity she was given to join this communal bank and in this way improve herself so she can give the best to her loved ones and they will not experience hardships.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo to avoid a gathering of people due to Covid-19.
