Fashion Vi Group's story

Sebastiana is the group's leader. She is a widow and has two children. She lives alone in a basic house on the outskirts of Sao Paulo.

Sebastiana is a woman who is gentle, sociable, and a very hard worker. After her husband passed away, she left her hometown (in the northeast of Brazil) and went to Sao Paulo to try to find better employment opportunities because she needed income to support herself and her children. Once in Sao Paulo, she worked as a domestic employee and also sold cosmetics. After five years she was able to open a small store in the garage of her house where she sold perfumes and clothing that she made herself. Today, she has many customers who like her work, so she needs a loan to buy more fabric, thread, and packaging to increase her clothing output. She dreams of expanding the store and of earning enough money so she can visit her parents in the northeast of Brazil.

The group is grateful to the investors.
