Carlos's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped Carlos and his family to do maintenance on his coffee trees.

Carlos's story

A loan of $900 will help Carlos to buy the necessary supplies to maintain his coffee trees.

Carlos lives in the north-central part of Nicaragua, with his wife and three children. Last year, he transferred to his daughter 0.33 hectares of his farm. This year, the total area of his farm is 4.22 hectares. In turn, he has an area being developed, and so the productive area for coffee was reduced to 1.4 hectares.

The loan will help him to acquire supplies such as calcium, zinc, boron, and others, in order to meet his goal of maintaining his coffee trees.

His farm is managed under the criteria of three certifications: FLO, UTZ, and C.A.F.E. practices.

This is the fifteenth loan he has received from PAC.
