Determinados Ii Group's story

This group is made up of five women with strong bonds of solidarity and mutual assistance. They live in the same neighborhood and they are taking this opportunity to request a loan with Banco do Povo. Their main business is small-scale retail.

Elisangela (the third one in the photo) is the group leader. She is married and is the mother of two children. She has a small market in the neighborhood where she lives, and she has the benefit of several years of experience.

Due to Covid-19, business at her market has increased, and with this loan, Elisangela plans to buy rice, beans, eggs, and milk in bulk to resell in her business.

With the profits, she plans to increase her savings and take care of her own needs and those of her children.

The group members thank their investors.
