Changamuka Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a supply of plates wholesale, which will increase her initial capital.

Changamuka Group's story

Angeline is a client of the MFI Hekima and heads the Changamuka "banque villageoise". She is 42 years old, married and the mother of 11 children; nine attend school and two are no longer in school. Her partner is a merchant.

Angeline sells various items and started this business in 2006 with startup funds from her husband. Later, she got involved in the Hekima program to support her business and has steadily developed ever since. She will use this new loan to buy a supply of plates wholesale, which will expand her initial capital. The challenges she faces in her business are related to the high dollar exchange rate and the current Covid-19 crisis.

Angeline would like to build a rental house. Lastly, she wants to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they provide to unbankable businesses during this Covid-19 global pandemic. The photo is of the group leader only because of Covid-19.
