Riziki Mpya Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy rice, flour, oil, gas, corn, and beans that will bolster her initial capital.

Riziki Mpya Group's story

Mme Josephine is a client of IMF Hekima and manages the village bank called "Riziki Mpya". She is 55 years old, married, and has five adult children. Her partner is a retail trader.

She sells a variety of items and launched her business in 2000 with startup capital received from her husband. Later on, she joined Hekima's loan program to support her business, which has been growing over time.

With this new loan, she will buy rice, flour, oil, corn, and beans that will bolster her initial capital. Her business is not problematic for her.

She would like to grow her business and feed her family. In closing, she would like to thank Hekima and their partners for their support of non-bankable businesses—especially during the COVID-19 global crisis.

Due to the crisis, the photo is only of the group leader. This loan includes individuals outside of just the group leader featured, though.
