Subira Mali Group

Subira Mali Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to supply herself with wholesale flour, sugar, and yeast to reinforce her initial capital.

Subira Mali Group's story

Mme Marie Louise is a client of Hekima IMF and oversees the business group, “Subira Mali.” She is a 48-year old married mother of seven children of whom five are in school and two have finished school. Her partner is an electrician.

She is a food seller. She started her business 25 years ago with seed funds from the severance payout from where she worked at the time. Later on, she turned to Hekima to support her business, which has allowed her to develop progressively. With this new loan, she is going to supply herself with wholesale flour, sugar, and yeast, which will reinforce her initial capital. Currently, with COVID-19, the only challenge for food products is insufficient capital.

She would like her children to continue their studies and to be able to feed her family. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support provided to non-bankable business owners in the context of the global COVID-19 crisis. The photo is only the leader of the group because of COVID-19.
