Diamante 3 Group's story

Margarita is 39 years old. Her Father was a farmer and her Mother a housewife. She studied to the fourth grade because her parents could not support her studies. She helped her Mother with the housekeeping and she wove huipils, to help with the family expenses.

She married at the age of 18 and has four children. Her husband is a farmer and they started a small grocery store.

A neighbor told her about the Chajulense Association of Women United for Life credit opportunities and she got in contact with the Association. This year she got her first credit. She will invest it in buying eggs, sugar, candy, soda, salt, noodles, mosh, incaparina, soups, milk, soap and toilet paper.
