Noemi's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped ensure my rent, utilities and shop associate wages are paid for May-July during the Covid-19 crisis.
I am a single, Mexican American woman from Lakeland, FL. I am a family-oriented person, philanthropist and take part of my community as a business owner. I help take care of my parents who are retired, but have medical needs that require myself and my younger sister to help with financially. Growing up in a home where being generous and of service to others was a daily value we practiced, has instilled in me a passion to give back to everyone I meet. I enjoy sharing my time with local community groups that benefit a variety of recipients. I enjoy supporting local artisans, women's groups, food banks, children's education and animal shelters. I also support my charitable efforts by providing retail products that ONLY have global and local humanitarian organizations and charities tied to its purchases. When I source items, they are ethically-made, fair trade and a certifiable percentage of net profits from the companies I partner with donate to these organizations. I proudly display the organizations that the items support so that my customers can be a part of the cycle of generosity. I am motivated by my family, my community and my passion of service to create a holistic boutique that provides knowledge, workshops and products to support higher conscious living. I want to help bridge the gap between consumerism and philanthropy while empowering individuals to be healthy from the inside out. My life's mantra is: Positively Impact Every Soul You Meet.
