A loan helped to improve the plant nutrition of his coffee crop.

Deyvin Antonio's story

Deyvin is a young coffee farmer who lives in the central northern region of Nicaragua with his wife and son. He has a farm covering 8.47 hectares which has 3.85 hectares set aside for growing quality coffee. His coffee is grown to the standards required for certification under the Fair-Trade system and C.A.F.E Practices (Coffee and Farm Equity Practices).

He has developed a plan to improve the nutrition for his next crop of coffee plants. The loan will be used to buy farm supplies such as calcium, boron, zinc, copper and other products. He will also use the loan to pay for farm laborers.

Deyvin is a young man who will give his all to provide a brighter future for his son. This is his sixth loan with PAC.
