Las Distinguidas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy garlic by the bag, wraps and labels.

Las Distinguidas Group's story

This group is part of the "Poverty Stoplight" program, where members work hard every day to better themselves and move forward. They are entrepreneurs who look for a way to better themselves and improve their quality of life.

One of the members is Digna, who runs a business selling garlic. In the latest poverty measurement poll, her result was a level 3, which means that her continuous effort has improved her situation.

She is a hard-working woman who is dedicated to generating more income in order to continue providing the best for her loved ones.

She is requesting a loan to buy garlic by the bag, wraps and labels so she can continue with this humble work.

Inset: There is only one person in the photo despite this being a group loan. It was not possible to get a group photo due to the restrictions placed on gatherings during the Covid-19 pandemic.
