Modesta's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy chairs and tables and also to buy a blender and supplies to prepare food to sell like fruits, flour, and meat.

Modesta's story

Modesta is 52 years old and lives in the municipality of Lorica. She’s a very loving and caring mother who has 2 children, and they are her biggest treasure and the reason why she wakes up every morning to work hard. She works selling snacks, candies, and food, and she has great experience because she has been doing this for 15 years.

Modesta lives in a town in post-conflict with a lot of poverty. Her business means a lot because it’s the best way to provide for her family. She dreams of being able to pay for an excellent education for her children. She’s asking for a new loan to buy chairs and tables as well as to buy a blender and supplies to prepare food to sell like fruits, flour, and meat.
